IC Companys A/S in brief
IC Companys A/S is a Danish listed group formed in 2001 by the merger of Carli Gry International A/S and InWear Group A/S.
We run and develop 11 strong and independent brands: Peak Performance, Tiger of Sweden, Jackpot, InWear, Matinique, Saint Tropez, Part Two, Cottonfield, By Malene Birger, Soaked in Luxury and Designers Remix.
With revenues of EUR 468m and more than 2,500 employees, we rank among the largest clothing companies in Northern Europe. Our brands are sold through nearly 500 retail and franchise stores, through e-commerce and via close to 10,000 distributors in more than 40 countries.
We want to be among the best developers of sports and fashion brands
IC Companys empowers our brands by uniting business expertise with creativity and innovation.
Each of our 11 brands is fully responsible for its own value chain and has a market-oriented management and its own organizational setup. Furthermore all brands operate under a set of corporate business models which are IC Companys' frames for how we do business. These are standard principles, guidelines and tools developed in cooperation between brands and Executive Management for practicing key business disciplines.
All our brands are supported by a well-functioning back-end platform that is more efficient, has a higher expertise and is more service-minded than they could deliver themselves. The platform handles non-brand specific functions including logistics, IT, HR, legal, finance and administration and allows brands to focus on their core business - building brands and driving sales growth.
